This is a rare opportunity for a senior legal industry professional to step into a highly strategic, client-facing role at the intersection of law, technology, and AI transformation.
You will work with some of the most important law firm and legal department relationships in the region, acting as a trusted advisor on AI adoption, legal workflow transformation, and long-term value realisation. This role is ideal for someone who understands the legal market deeply, can build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders, and is excited by the opportunity to help clients navigate meaningful change.
This is not a traditional customer success role. It is a senior advisory role with commercial ownership, where you will support strategic clients through adoption, retention, and growth.
Own a portfolio of strategic law firm and legal department relationships across APAC
Act as the primary advisor on AI adoption, legal workflow transformation, and client success
Develop tailored adoption roadmaps aligned to each client’s priorities, operating model, and opportunities for impact
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including partners, CIOs, COOs, innovation leaders, knowledge leaders, and practice heads
Lead executive-level business reviews focused on adoption, ROI, progress, and future value
Drive renewal and expansion across your portfolio by identifying opportunities aligned to client needs
Identify at-risk accounts early and partner with internal teams to drive remediation and improve outcomes
Share market feedback and client insight with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Represent the business at industry events, client forums, and strategic meetings across the region
8+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, consulting, or a similar legal-sector environment
Ideally 15+ years of broader legal industry experience
A strong understanding of how law firms operate, how technology decisions get made, and what drives user adoption
Experience building trusted relationships with senior legal stakeholders in complex organisations
Legal background strongly preferred, particularly candidates who began their career in practice and later moved into innovation, transformation, legal tech, or strategic client leadership roles
Familiarity with legal AI, document management, and the broader LegalTech landscape
Strong commercial capability, including experience supporting retention, growth, or strategic account development
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly at executive level
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple strategic workstreams at once
Willingness to travel across APAC as required
This role will suit someone who can walk into a major strategic account and quickly establish trust, demonstrate expertise, and help shape a client’s AI strategy.
You may have started your career in private practice before moving into legal innovation, legal operations, legal technology, consulting, or a senior client-facing role. You may also come from a legal-sector SaaS or advisory background where you have helped larger organisations navigate transformation and adoption.
Most importantly, you will bring the credibility, commercial judgment, and stakeholder presence to operate effectively with senior decision-makers across the legal market.
