Our Operational Efficiency team is looking for a Lead Process Improvement Advisor to ensure the advancement and successful delivery of projects. On a day‑to‑day basis, you will work closely with teams at our headquarters and across our subsidiaries to carry out cross‑functional initiatives and continuously optimize our practices.

 

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of process improvement advisors in the delivery of efficiency projects
  • Supporting and guiding various teams in the implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Defining, documenting, and optimizing organizational processes
  • Preparing project and implementation plans, and ensuring proper follow‑up
  • Identifying improvement opportunities within the company’s business application ecosystem
  • Deploying initiatives and actions that contribute to the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives
  • Participating in the analysis and definition of requirements for solution development, particularly involving collaboration tools (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Jira, etc.)
  • Training users on new processes and tools, and preparing training materials
  • Maintaining consistency between deliverables and existing processes
  • Ensuring compliance with established timelines, budgets, and objectives
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings as well as working sessions
  • Assessing project results against objectives, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensuring effective communication and supporting teams through the implementation of changes

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration with a management profile (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean principles
  • Possess working knowledge of CRM/ERP management, administration, or programming (an asset)
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in continuous improvement and in team management or supervision
  • Master various tools, including Microsoft 365 (familiarity with SharePoint is an asset)
  • Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing*
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a well‑developed sense of organization
  • Consistently seek improvement and show openness to change
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
