Role Overview
We are looking for a Kubernetes Administrator with strong Linux/System Administration expertise to manage and support enterprise container platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Kubernetes cluster operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and platform maintenance. Experience with Rancher Administration is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Kubernetes clusters across environments.
- Perform cluster upgrades, patching, scaling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, storage, and container-related issues.
- Ensure platform availability, security, and operational stability.
- Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes environments.
- Support Rancher-based cluster management and governance (preferred).
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to resolve platform issues and improve reliability.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes Administration (cluster management, troubleshooting, monitoring).
- Strong Linux/System Administration skills, including OS, networking, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes security, RBAC, storage, and networking concepts.
- Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or similar.
Preferred Skills
- Rancher Administration and multi-cluster management.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk, or similar monitoring tools.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) are a plus
