Loka is seeking a data-driven Junior Talent Operations Specialist to support our recruitment team in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open roles. This person will manage operational tasks, assist Senior Recruiters, contribute to recruitment initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

The Role

  • Source potential candidates through various channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information and managing other data dashboards.
  • Support Senior Recruiters with various administrative tasks during the recruitment process.
  • Manage operational activities for different Recruiting initiatives and projects.
  • Devise creative and effective ways to attract top talent.
  • Analyze the market to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on metrics.

Required Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related discipline
  • Basic understanding of recruiting practices
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting operations
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (e.g. Greenhouse) will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to optimize hiring processes will be considered an advantage

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills - Being a global team, we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications
  • CV sent in English
