Under a common roof, the companies of this Business Area offer solutions in the fields of warehouse and conveying technology, palletization plants, software and logistics network controls as well as system integration.

Your role:

• As a bid manager you are responsible for bid preparation during the project acquisition phase of our international projects
• You have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating bid projects, as well as for managing technical and interdisciplinary project teams.
• You are responsible for proposal costs, and your project budget, including associated calculations.
• You analyze customer requirements, coordinate the systems design, and identify/evaluate project risks
• You handed the detailed planning of proposal preparation ( bid strategy, schedule, proposal costs, and target price)
• You organize and lead proposal milestone meetings and present your project status to management

Your profile:

• You hold a degree in engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar)
• You have 1-2 years in Sales, Bid Management or Project Management;
• You have industry experience (in logistics is a plus);
• You are a committed, responsible team player who keeps set goals and improvements in focus and is capable of inspiring other for joint project;
• You have intercultural experience and are open to challenges;
• You have strong knowledge in English (any other language is a plus).
