Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity   

 

As part of PwC -  Technology User Experience Team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery for our IT end users. Working closely with IT engineers and service managers, you will be responsible for managing and executing service requests to support our employees’ daily technology needs. This role focuses on coordination and process execution rather than deep technical troubleshooting. 

 

In this role, you execute processes across IT End-User Services and Digital Enablement Services. This includes tasks such as hardware ordering, managing non-standard hardware requests and integrations, handling software requests, and other related activities. 

What you will be doing   

  •  You coordinate and fulfill IT service requests related to end user devices and support, including hardware peripherals procurement, deployment, and integration of non-standard equipment. 

  • You process service requests and communicate necessary information between end users, external providers, and internal teams in line with established procedures. 

  • You ensure adherence to defined IT processes and workflows within End-User Services and Digital Enablement Services. 

  •  You maintain accurate documentation of requests and service activities in our ticketing system and other related systems.

  • You support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and streamline service operations. 

  • You provide general guidance and communication to end users regarding IT processes and available services. 

What we need from you   

  • You hold a Bachelor  degree in Business Administration or Computer Science  

  • You have experience in coordinating service requests, preferably in an IT or corporate environment, is a plus. 

  • You are fluent (written and spoken) in English. 

  •  You have a strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-oriented (spoken and written) mindset. 

  • You have the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. 

  • A basic understanding of IT hardware and software lifecycle processes is beneficial but not mandatory. 

  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment surrounded by technical experts.
