Now Hiring: Remote Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Trainer (International Candidates Only)
Are you an experienced personal injury professional with a passion for coaching and developing others? We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Trainer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for international candidates with extensive experience in U.S. personal injury pre-litigation.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new pre-litigation team members, improving staff performance, maintaining training materials, and ensuring consistency in case handling and client service. You will play a key role in building confident, high-performing teams that provide exceptional support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
International applicants only. Candidates must have prior U.S. personal injury pre-litigation experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury pre-litigation
- Prior experience training, mentoring, or supervising legal staff is strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of the pre-litigation process, from intake through settlement
- Strong knowledge of case management, medical records, treatment coordination, demands, negotiations, and client communication
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
- Comfortable using case management software and remote collaboration tools
- Passion for developing and supporting high-performing teams
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new pre-litigation staff, including case managers, negotiators, intake specialists, and legal assistants
- Develop, maintain, and improve training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and ongoing skill development
- Ensure staff follow firm processes, deadlines, and client communication standards
- Train employees on case management systems and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and improve operational efficiency
- Lead refresher training sessions and continuing education for existing team members
- Monitor quality control in case handling, documentation, medical treatment tracking, and settlement preparation
- Serve as a resource for team members by answering questions and reinforcing best practices
