Integration Consultant

What you’ll achieve
As a Boomi Integration Consultant, you will leverage in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and technical solutions to provide technical and consultative guidance and help the customer increase their operational efficiencies.

You will:

• Lead testing processes. You define and author standards and deliverables as part of a continuous quality improvement program. You are providing issue resolution as the point of contact for technical questions.
  
  
• Create complex integration processes and Flows independently.
  
  
• Gather requirements independently and provide solutions on engagements with increasing complexity, ultimately including multiple areas of the Boomi platform.
  
  
• Be conversant in at least two elements of the Boomi Platform and can communicate how they work together and satisfy Customer business needs.
  
  
• Present independently and facilitate internal and customer meetings independently. You present complex solutions in business terms with or for Executive Stakeholders.
  
  

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Technology/STEM fields
  
  
• 8 to 10 years of related experience
  
  
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP), Javascript/Groovy languages, XSLT language, and Mainstream Datastores: NoSQL, Oracle, Microsoft
  
  
• You listen actively, ask open ended questions to gather more information, use Storytelling to convey memorable messages, and capture value statements to be turned into Customer Stories
  
  
• You are able to convert business requirements into a Boomi solution leveraging your understanding of technologies and their capabilities. You have advanced levels of understanding in core technologies you use and have identified additional technologies to master.
  
  
• Solid knowledge, understanding and application of project management skills and methodologies
  
  

• Up to 25% travel in North America
  
  

Desirable Requirements

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
  
  
• Experience with enterprise integration tools
  
  
• Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, SQL and ASP
  
  
• Knowledge of enterprise systems (CRM, SFA, ERP)
  
  
• Java Programming and Linux/Unix Knowledge
