Overview

We are seeking self-motivated, people-oriented individuals who enjoy flexibility, researching new experiences, and providing personalized service. As an Independent Lifestyle Advisor, you will work with clients to create vacation plans that complement their interests, preferences, schedules, and budgets.

You'll assist with a variety of experiences, including relaxing resort stays, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group getaways, special celebrations, and international adventures. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while developing skills in client relations, planning, research, and reservation coordination.

Your Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their interests, vacation expectations, preferred dates, and budget
• Research destinations and experiences based on each client's individual preferences
• Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and package options
• Create personalized recommendations and present suitable choices
• Help clients understand available options, inclusions, promotions, and reservation details
• Coordinate selected services using approved supplier and booking resources
• Organize confirmations, itinerary information, and important trip details
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding client decisions or information
• Assist with routine reservation updates, modifications, and special requests
• Review arrangements carefully to ensure information is complete and accurate
• Maintain professional communication through phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat clients and referrals
• Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products

Qualifications

• Self-directed and comfortable managing their own responsibilities
• Friendly with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused and committed to providing quality service
• Organized with careful attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Able to prioritize multiple client requests and deadlines
• Confident working independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable with computers, email, internet research, and digital applications
• Willing to learn new supplier systems and planning resources
• Dependable, adaptable, and receptive to continued training
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or another qualifying region.
