Identity Governance & Administration(IGA) Engineer

Job Summary 

The IGA Engineer designs, implements, and maintains identity governance solutions that automate identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and compliance reporting across enterprise systems. 

Responsibilities 

• Configure and maintain IGA platforms. 

• Develop provisioning and deprovisioning workflows. 

• Implement role-based access controls. 

• Support access certification campaigns. 

• Integrate enterprise applications with IGA solutions. 

• Create compliance and audit reports. 

• Troubleshoot identity governance issues. 

• Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities 

• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance. 

• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management. 

• Understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. 

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. 

• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP. 

• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Java. 

Desired Skills/Experience 

• IGA platform certifications. 

• Experience with cloud identity platforms. 

• Knowledge of PAM integrations. 

• Experience supporting compliance initiatives. 

Minimum Education 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 

• Minimum 5 years of IAM/IGA experience. 

Job Stipulations 

• Participation in scheduled maintenance windows. 

Physical Requirements 

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. 

Recommended Clearance Language 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. 

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher security clearance. 

• Must comply with all customer background investigation requirements.
