Hybrid Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side)

Job Description: Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location
Hybrid role based in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA, with an initial on-site training period followed by a flexible hybrid schedule.

This role requires at least 1 year of litigation experience, active California Bar admission, and the ability to complete an on-site training period in Westwood.

Job Description

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand letters
Conduct legal research and case strategy development
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams
Manage an active caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment
For senior associates, mentor junior attorneys and gradually lead case teams

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
1+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Confident verbal communication and client-facing ability
Lemon law or personal injury exposure is a plus
Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus
