Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to business unit leaders, advising on performance, development, employee relations, and exits
- Translate business goals into scalable HR solutions that drive team effectiveness and organizational growth
- Lead workforce planning (3–6–12 months), build hiring plans, and monitor key efficiency metrics (headcount vs output, cost per FTE)
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on competency frameworks, success profiles, KPIs, and hiring decisions
- Drive organizational design initiatives, including team scaling, restructuring, and automation
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle (preboarding, onboarding, performance, development, exit)
- Lead performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews, PIP, compensation reviews), ensuring alignment with business goals
- Design and maintain grading frameworks, career paths, and internal mobility processes
- Strengthen company culture, values, engagement, and recognition programs
- Evaluate and develop manager effectiveness through coaching and data-driven insights
- Optimize and automate HR processes to increase efficiency and scalability (HRIS, ATS, workflows)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Proven experience partnering with team leaders and influencing people-related decisions
- Hands-on experience in performance management and employee development
- Strong understanding of the link between HR initiatives and business outcomes
- Confidence in working with data and HR metrics
- Structured thinking and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- English level: B2+ (for cross-functional communication)
