What You Will Do:
- Drive sales growth and achieve targets for MIP’s healthcare textile solutions
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies across the GTA and Eastern Ontario region
- Manage the full sales cycle, delivering exceptional client service and support throughout the process
- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, helping address operational and product-related challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support business development strategies
- Represent MIP at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and training sessions
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and occasionally across Canada
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of sales experience within healthcare, B2B sales, textile solutions, or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic and consultative sales approach with the ability to manage a geographically diverse territory
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Adaptable, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
The salary for this position is $75,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus and a commission plan which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
