This is not a traditional partnerships role.
This is a revenue leadership role powered by partnerships.
Your mission: Build and scale Inflektion’s curated partner ecosystem that drives measurable revenue for brands on the platform.
Your north star is simple: Revenue generated through partners.
This role is about architecting the systems that turn creators, affiliates, and partners into a scalable growth engine for the world’s leading brands.
At Inflektion we believe the best operators do not rely on manual work. They build systems.
This may include:
Automating partner research and sourcing
Systemizing outreach and partner communication workflows
Building repeatable processes that reduce manual effort
Turning insights into scalable playbooks
Using AI to automate the easily repeatable tasks
You should be comfortable using AI and automation tools to extend your thinking, accelerate execution, and systemize workflows. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using AI as a force multiplier for execution.

This is not a relationship manager role.
This is not a program maintenance role.
This is a builder role.
You will be responsible for architecting and scaling a partner driven growth system that produces measurable revenue for brands.
You will need to:
Think from revenue backwards
Design the systems required to hit those numbers
Execute quickly with limited guidance
Communicate clearly with executive level thinking
You enjoy experimenting with AI and automation to move faster and operate with leverage.
If your default approach is bespoke execution rather than building scalable systems, this role will likely feel frustrating.
Revenue Strategy
Design the partner growth strategy required to scale revenue through Inflektion’s ecosystem.
Model the partner pipeline required to hit revenue targets including recruitment, activation, and performance metrics.
Translate revenue goals into clear KPIs for partner recruitment, activation, and output.
Partner Acquisition
Identify, recruit, and activate high quality affiliates, creators, publishers, and strategic partners.
Build repeatable systems for sourcing and onboarding partners at scale.
Develop outreach strategies that convert high value partners into active promoters.
Partner Activation
Ensure partners go live quickly and begin generating results.
Systematically reduce time to first promotion and time to first revenue.
Design activation playbooks that consistently produce high performing partnerships.
Curated Partner Ecosystem Growth
Build and scale Inflektion’s curated partner ecosystem into a high trust network.
Create incentives and experiences that encourage partners to promote multiple brands.
Turn the ecosystem into a competitive moat.
AI Driven Systems
Use AI and automation tools to accelerate partner recruitment, research, and outreach workflows.
Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual tasks with scalable systems.
Develop repeatable processes that allow partner growth to scale efficiently across hundreds of brands.
Experiment with AI tools to improve partner discovery, messaging personalization, and partner activation.
Cross Functional Leadership
Collaborate with the leadership team to shape activation strategy.
Partner with Product and Operations to improve automation and system infrastructure.
Represent Inflektion externally as the face of our partner ecosystem.
Within your first year you will have:
Built a scalable system for recruiting and activating high quality partners
Increased the velocity at which partners begin generating revenue
Turned the Partner Ecosystem into a reliable growth engine for brands on the platform
Created systems that allow partner driven revenue to scale across hundreds of brands
We care less about titles and more about outcomes.
You likely have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Affiliate or creator partnerships
Partner led growth
Influencer ecosystems
High growth DTC ecommerce or SaaS environments
You should have:
A track record of driving measurable revenue through partnerships
Strong pattern recognition across what makes partnerships perform
The ability to design systems that scale partner acquisition and activation
Experience operating in fast moving startup environments
Clear, structured communication skills
The ability to operate independently and move ideas into execution quickly
You are also comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, strategy development, and operational workflows.
Bonus:
Experience building AI assisted workflows for sourcing, outreach, or partner operations
Experience scaling partner ecosystems in high growth startups
