About the Role

WowSuite is hiring a Head of Growth for a confidential beta consumer mobile app.

This role owns activation, retention, onboarding, lifecycle performance, app store conversion, and repeat usage.

The goal is simple: grow retained active users, not just installs.

This is a hands on growth role that requires strong product sense, clear execution, data discipline, and the ability to get the best work out of design, engineering, analytics, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth path from app store visit to retained active user.
  • Improve onboarding so new users understand the app quickly and complete the first important actions.
  • Increase Day 7 and Day 30 retention.
  • Improve the first user session so the app feels clear, useful, and easy to start.
  • Increase adoption of key features, including check ins, reminders, trusted contacts, records, summaries, and appointment preparation.
  • Own lifecycle growth across push notifications, email, SMS, in app prompts, reminders, missed activity prompts, and reactivation flows.
  • Own app store conversion, including title, subtitle, screenshots, keywords, install page messaging, ratings, reviews, and conversion testing.
  • Run weekly growth tests across onboarding, feature adoption, lifecycle flows, app store assets, user messaging, and retention.
  • Find and remove friction from the user journey, including unclear screens, long onboarding, unnecessary setup, weak prompts, confusing dashboards, and low value notifications.
  • Work closely with product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to turn user behavior into practical growth improvements.
  • Harness team talent by giving clear briefs, setting priorities, removing blockers, and making sure the right people are focused on the highest impact work.
  • Ensure development follows approved design, product logic, user flows, and growth requirements.
  • Review builds before release and identify gaps between design, intended user experience, and actual implementation.
  • Use data, user behavior, and testing results to decide what to improve, what to remove, and what to scale.
