Overview
The part-time Graphics & Marketing Specialist will support the corporate team and government agencies by developing high-quality visual products for internal and external communications. This role involves translating complex data and concepts into easy-to-understand visual formats, including presentations, print collateral, infographics, reports, and multimedia content. The Graphics & Marketing Specialist will work closely with the VP of Executive Operations, sales team, and proposal managers to ensure that all deliverables meet project specifications, adhere to federal guidelines, and align with client branding and messaging standards. The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain security requirements.
Responsibilities
Design and Visual Development:
- Develop infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex information for proposals.
- Produce high-quality graphics for print collateral, the Company newsletter, social media, and web use.
- Website content curation managing the ongoing content upkeep, continually analyzing and revising content.
- Graphic design logos, brochures, product sheets, tradeshow displays, eBooks, guides, infographics, event flyers, etc.
- Events support tradeshow/conference support for the Sales team (displays, documents, giveaways, emails, etc.).
- Product support create new product collateral as launched, understand product and messaging.
- Internal support branding guidance, PowerPoint presentation formatting/design, training guide design/formatting, internal event marketing support, monthly employee newsletter creation, business card designs, video channel management.
Project Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the corporate team to conceptualize and implement visual solutions.
- Participate in project planning meetings to understand client needs and translate requirements into visual deliverables.
- Ensure all materials are aligned with client and agency guidelines, maintaining a consistent style and visual identity.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Review and revise designs based on feedback, maintaining strict attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Multimedia Support:
- Support the creation of multimedia content, including video editing and animation, as needed.
- Assist in the development of templates and standardized design elements for use in various projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a government or contracting environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Experience in creating designs for government agencies or federal clients preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Ability to create visuals that communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Schedule:
- This is a part-time position, with an expected commitment of approximately 5 - 10 hours per week. The work schedule can be flexible but must accommodate key project deadlines and client needs.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work in a secure environment.
- Ability to work independently or within a team to meet tight deadlines.
