  • Ensure artwork meets packaging dielines and manufacturing specifications.
  • Maintain organized files and version control throughout the design process.
  • Assist with photo editing and image preparation as needed.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with the Art Director, Project Managers, Brand Management, Product Development, and other teams throughout the development process.
  • Manage multiple projects at different stages while balancing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Incorporate creative and production feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design and production experience in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working on a Mac platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Additional experience with game boards, cards, components, rulebooks, licensed brands, illustration, logo design, 3D rendering, large-format graphics, or photo editing is a plus.
