As a Freelance Travel Specialist, you'll help clients plan vacations that fit their interests, timelines, and budgets while providing exceptional service throughout the booking process. You'll assist travelers with everything from beach resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, luxury escapes, and worldwide adventures, ensuring every itinerary is thoughtfully planned and professionally coordinated.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build flexible, independent work while developing valuable skills in the travel industry. No previous travel experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel preferences and vacation goals
• Explore destination options, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and activities
• Recommend personalized travel solutions based on client interests and budgets
• Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing, excursions, and other travel arrangements
• Guide clients through reservation options, pricing, and travel requirements
• Communicate professionally through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirm travel details
• Review confirmations, itineraries, and travel documentation for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records and booking information
• Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Deliver exceptional support from the initial consultation through the completion of each trip

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, sales, or entrepreneurship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using computers, web-based platforms, and digital communication tools
• Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
