Fractional Systems & Operations Consultant (3-Month Contract)

This is a remote position.

Role Objective

I am the founder of Mate Technologies building mobile apps including thermal printer app Thermer and billing app Posill. I am building an automated system-driven company in remote culture that will scale through people, AI, and processes instead of founder dependency.
Your responsibility is to design and implement a practical operating system that improves execution speed, accountability, hiring quality, reporting, experimentation, and decision-making.
This is not a consulting-only role. You are expected to implement measurable improvements.

Success Criteria

• Built an automated system that will work with least/minimal founder involvement.
  
• Create a business health scorecard with few critical metrics indicating overall health of organization.
  
• Each role will have a performance scorecard with few but critical metrics.
  
• All employees will collaborate efficiently with minimal conflict.
  
• Hire the right person for the system and put into the right seat.
  
• Each new onboarded employee will start producing high output quickly with the help of knowledge transfer documents and process.
  

Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems and operating processes suitable for a remote-first company.
  
• Improve hiring workflow, candidate evaluation, onboarding & management process.
  
• Define clear measurable KPI to measure performance efficiently & transparently for each role.
  
• Improve knowledge transfer, experimentation, communication, decision making, reporting.
  
• Identify workflows where AI can improve efficiency.
