What you’ll do:

We are looking for a Fractional Growth Marketing Builder who loves building, shipping, and creating momentum. This is not a strategic consulting engagement. We already know where we’re headed. We need someone who can help us get there faster.

If you’re energized by turning ideas into campaigns, content, events, and customer engagement, and you enjoy wearing multiple hats, we’d love to talk.

You’ll work inside of our Global Sales & Marketing organization to help execute marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, including:

  • Build and launch marketing campaigns from concept through execution

  • Update and optimize our website

  • Create, coordinate, and publish content across multiple channels

  • Develop customer stories, case studies, and sales collateral

  • Support webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences

  • Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences

  • Coordinate social media content and publishing

  • Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives

  • Keep marketing projects moving, organized, and accountable

  • Help transform ideas into assets that our sales team can immediately use

No two weeks will look exactly the same, and that’s part of the appeal.

What you’ll need:

You probably have experience in several of these areas:

  • B2B technology marketing

  • Software, AI, cloud, engineering services, MSPs, or SaaS

  • Campaign execution

  • Content creation and copywriting

  • Marketing automation and CRM platforms

  • Website management (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Webinar and event coordination

  • Project management

Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys getting things done.

You don’t wait for perfect direction. You can take a conversation, turn it into a plan, and ship something people can actually use.

Engagement:

  • Approximately 20 hours per week to start

  • Fractional / contract engagement
