You will act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups, managing end-to-end rollouts and AI logic implementations. Additionally, you will develop glue code, integrate third-party systems, and provide feedback to the product team based on real-world production issues.
This role sits at the technical intersection of product and customer deployments within a fast-moving AI voice and communication platform serving SMEs. You'll own end-to-end rollouts — from requirements capture through integrations, glue code, and monitoring — ensuring customer setups run reliably in production while feeding real-world learnings back into the product.
Act as the technical bridge between product and customer setups, translating business requirements into robust implementations.
Lead production rollouts including workflows, AI logic, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
Implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and common services (CRM, calendar, ticketing, payments).
Develop small-to-medium features and glue code, complete with tests, monitoring, and logging.
Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data pipelines, and deploy rapid fixes under production conditions.
Build reusable templates, deployment playbooks, and best practices to make setups scalable and repeatable.
Surface product pain points, feature gaps, and recurring patterns with concrete recommendations to the product team.
3+ years of hands-on experience in deployment engineering delivering production AI integrations and automation workflows.
Deep understanding of LLM-based systems: prompting, tool use, RAG/knowledge, evaluation, and failure modes.
Proven ability to design robust, testable AI-driven workflows from complex business processes.
Experience implementing API and webhook integrations, including common auth patterns (OAuth, API keys) and data formats.
Solid coding skills for glue code and feature development; TypeScript or Python preferred.
Cloud deployment and observability fundamentals for production debugging.
Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset — comfortable shipping fast and iterating in a high-velocity environment.
Bonus: experience with voice/telephony integrations, n8n or similar automation tooling, SQL, monitoring/tracing, or GDPR/Privacy-by-Design practices.
Salary range: €60,000 – €90,000 per year. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Fully remote, based in Germany.
