  • Manage updates, modifications, and follow-up communication in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date
  • Provide ongoing client support throughout the coordination process
  • Assist with keeping workflows organized and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Utilize provided systems, tools, and resources to manage tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable learning and using online systems and platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Customer service, administrative, planning, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
