The Role

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with members requesting benefit details

  • Arrange and conduct virtual or phone consultations

  • Clearly explain available programs in a professional, easy-to-understand way

  • Use computer systems to process applications and maintain detailed records

  • Ensure all documentation meets compliance and quality standards

  • Participate in structured training programs designed to prepare you for advancement
