The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Intercompany Subject Matter Expert, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting, monitoring and guiding daily intercompany processes and transactions.

• Initiating and driving actions that lead to process improvements, improving service, speed and cost through the analysis of supply chain information and metrics.

• Providing application and process support through partnership with IT, business clients (global and transnational) and external business partners.

• Identifying IT requirements through analysis and design to support intercompany systems, including interfaces between applications, databases and system upgrades.

• Participating in the testing, training and deployment of new intercompany transactions and processes.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering operational excellence.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actions.

• Solid understanding of intercompany and related cross-functional processes.

• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Operations.

• Proficiency in relevant ERP tools and systems (SAP, Power BI, Concur, Salesforce, etc.).

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires, at a minimum, the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of extensive experience in Intercompany, Supply Chain or Logistics.

Work location: UK – Remote

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international travel.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
