We are seeking a Director, Large & Mid Pharma Segment Lead to drive commercial strategy, execution, and growth across IQVIA Digital’s portfolio for Large and Mid‑Sized pharmaceutical customers. This people‑manager role leads a team of Solution Sellers responsible for AIM XR, POCN, and Email solutions, with a focus on scaling IQVIA Digital’s impact within complex, matrixed enterprise clients.
This leader will shape segment strategy, influence solution evolution for the unique needs of large and mid‑tier manufacturers, and partner deeply with senior commercial, brand, and omnichannel stakeholders. Success requires strong executive presence, enterprise‑level selling expertise, and the ability to navigate and influence large organizational structures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
