Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Digital Travel Consultants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working online, researching new places, communicating with clients, and helping others create enjoyable vacation experiences.

You will guide clients through the planning process by identifying their needs, researching appropriate options, and assisting with the coordination of their selected arrangements. Requests may include all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, tours, and international travel.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their vacation interests, preferred dates, and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packages
• Identify vacation options that align with individual preferences
• Present recommendations and explain relevant features and reservation requirements
• Assist with coordinating selected travel arrangements using approved supplier platforms
• Organize booking confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information
• Track important dates and follow up with clients regarding outstanding details
• Review reservation information to ensure names, dates, and services are accurate
• Provide timely responses to questions and routine planning requests
• Maintain organized digital records of client interactions and reservations
• Stay informed about destination updates, supplier programs, promotions, and vacation products

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly and professional approach to customer service
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable researching and comparing information online
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Willingness to learn digital booking tools and supplier systems
• Reliable, self-motivated, and receptive to training
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
