Role Overview

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, exploring travel possibilities, and helping others turn ideas into well-planned experiences? We are expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Digital Travel Consultants.

In this role, you will work with clients online to help them explore destinations, compare vacation options, and coordinate travel arrangements tailored to their individual needs. From relaxing all-inclusive escapes and ocean cruises to family vacations, destination events, and international adventures, you'll play an important role in creating seamless travel experiences.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible remote position where they can develop professional skills in customer engagement, travel planning, and online consulting. No prior travel industry experience is necessary. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and vacation objectives
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise itineraries, guided tours, and travel packages
• Develop personalized travel suggestions based on client preferences and spending plans
• Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and vacation experiences
• Support clients through the planning, booking, and pre-travel process
• Communicate through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel arrangements
• Review booking details, travel documents, and itinerary updates
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel plans
• Stay informed about industry developments, destination updates, and promotional opportunities
• Deliver exceptional service while creating a positive client experience

Qualifications

• Interest in customer service, hospitality, tourism, travel planning, sales, or consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using web-based applications, email, and online communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
