About the Role FOREVER is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Leader to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention.  This role is responsible for scaling brand awareness, improving CAC and LTV, and delivering meaningful revenue impact through data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation. Reporting to our Senior Director of Cloud Solutions and partnering closely with our CEO, you will lead budget planning, channel strategy, and performance across key platforms while shaping the broader go-to-market approach.  This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who combines analytical rigor with creative thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Execution Own planning, budget allocation, forecasting, launch, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms (including YouTube) and other emerging channels. Own and continuously optimize acquisition funnels and customer journeys, driving conversion rate optimization across landing pages, onboarding flows, and key conversion points to maximize ROI and minimize CAC. Analyze campaign data to derive insights, report on performance, and translate insights into budget allocation and growth strategy decisions. Define and lead creative strategy in partnership with the creative team, including structured testing of ad formats, messaging, and UGC/video approaches to continuously improve performance and scale winning concepts. Own attribution and measurement strategy, including multi-touch attribution, conversion tracking architecture (pixels, server-side/CAPI), and integration between Google and Salesforce to ensure accurate performance insights in a privacy-first environment. Own CRM strategy and execution, including customer segmentation, audience targeting, lifecycle journeys, nurture programs, and retention initiatives to drive LTV growth and customer engagement. Manage and optimize Salesforce to support campaign execution, lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy across the full customer lifecycle. Lead a structured experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing efforts across email, landing pages, digital campaigns, and customer journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness. Strategic Marketing Support Partner with the Senior Director of Cloud Solutions, VP of Product, and CEO in shaping go-to-market strategies for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Drive data-informed input into long-term growth planning by identifying customer trends, segmentation opportunities, and market insights. Help bridge brand and performance efforts to ensure messaging consistency and customer resonance. Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of CAC and revenue targets. Contribute directly to achieving revenue growth targets through performance marketing strategy and execution. Collaboration & Team Contribution Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Client Care, and Creative to deliver integrated campaigns aligned to growth and revenue goals. Manage external vendors or contractors as needed (e.g., digital agencies, freelancers) ensuring performance accountability and ROI. Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive innovation. Focus on broader strategic marketing trends involving AI, content marketing, influencer marketing, etc. and identify opportunities to apply them to drive measurable growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant field required; MBA a plus. 8+ years of progressive experience in performance or digital marketing preferably in a B2C or consumer tech environment, with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and measurable growth outcomes. Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media budgets across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels, including budget allocation, forecasting, and achieving CAC, LTV, and ROI targets. Deep knowledge of SEO, SEM and emerging search trends (including AI-driven/GEO search), with the ability to integrate search into full-funnel strategy. Strong expertise in attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics, including Google Analytics 4, multi-touch attribution, and modern tracking frameworks (e.g., pixels, server-side/CAPI). Experience applying experimentation, customer journey mapping, and personalization strategies to improve conversion and customer engagement.
