Right now, we are looking for a DevSecops for a client on our Talent Team.

 

Your responsibilities include:

·  Lead and execute the migration of business-critical applications from on-premises Windows Server environments to Microsoft Azure.

·  Perform technical assessments to identify migration constraints, dependencies, risks, and business impacts.

·  Define and implement cloud migration strategies aligned with architecture, security, and operational requirements.

·  Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

·  Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support deployments across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

·  Collaborate closely with Development, Application Support (TMA), Product Owners, BRMs, and software vendors throughout the migration lifecycle.

·  Support application testing, validation, and production go-live activities, including occasional weekend work for production migrations.

·  Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure.

·  Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments to ensure performance, security, availability, and cost efficiency.

·  Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, migration runbooks, and operational procedures.

·  Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

·  Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and project progress to both technical and business stakeholders.

 

You must have:

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·  Minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, DevOps, or application migration projects.

·  Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Networking, and Security services.

·  Proven experience delivering cloud migration projects from on-premises environments to Azure.

·  Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

·  Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

·  Solid understanding of Windows Server environments and Microsoft technologies, including .NET applications, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Windows Services, and batch processing.

·  Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

·  Experience analysing complex application architectures and defining migration roadmaps.

·  Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.

·  Ability to assess project risks, dependencies, and costs.

·  Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

·  Ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

·  Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or equivalent).

·  Experience applying DevSecOps best practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.

·  Strong automation mindset and passion for Infrastructure as Code.

·  Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation or cloud modernization programs.

·  Knowledge of Azure Landing Zone architecture and governance frameworks.

·  Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

·  Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

·  Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach.

·  Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced and evolving environments.

·  Commitment to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring colleagues.

·  Customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

·  Passion for innovation and adoption of modern cloud technologies.
