We are seeking motivated, detail-conscious individuals to join our remote team as Destination Services Consultant. In this position, you will help travelers discover destinations, compare vacation possibilities, and coordinate the services needed to bring their trips together.
You don't need a background in travel to be considered. We provide structured training, supplier resources, and continued guidance to help you learn the role. Your Day-to-Day Activities
- Learn about each traveler's destination interests, preferred experiences, travel dates, and budget
- Research vacation locations and identify options that fit individual trip requirements
- Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, excursions, attractions, and other travel services
- Share relevant destination information and help clients understand the choices available to them
- Develop vacation options based on client priorities, interests, and requested experiences
- Arrange approved travel services through supplier and reservation platforms
- Coordinate multiple trip components and organize them into easy-to-follow travel plans
- Deliver reservation confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and applicable travel information
- Check upcoming reservations for missing information or items requiring additional attention
- Assist travelers with routine changes, cancellations, scheduling updates, and special requests
- Communicate important planning updates and respond to client questions in a timely manner
- Record traveler preferences, booking information, and client communications within company systems
- Stay current on destinations, supplier products, and available travel experiences through continued training
