Relocify helps expats relocate to the Netherlands to find a long-term housing without the stress. Our growth engine works: performance marketing brings people in, demos convert them, and our team takes it from there. Now we need the person who owns the top of that engine.

What you'll own

• Paid acquisition — Google Ads and Meta budgets: targeting, creatives, bids, and the cost of every booked demo
• Landing pages & conversion — design and run experiments on our pages and booking flow; find the drop-offs and fix them
• The experiment engine — a constant cycle of test → measure → scale what works, kill what doesn't
• The number — demos booked per month is your metric, agreed with the founder, reviewed together, resourced properly.

Requirements

• You've owned a paid acquisition budget with a lead, signup, or demo target attached to your name — and you can tell us exactly what the numbers did

• You've personally run CRO experiments — real tests you designed, shipped, and measured, not dashboards you watched
• You're data-driven and hands-on — you'd rather ship a test today than present a strategy deck next week
• English C1+, working in EU time zones
• 2–5 years doing this for a startup, D2C, or lead-gen business is the experience shape we expect.
