About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of digital products within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Working closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring product roadmaps are executed effectively, predictably, and with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
This role requires a delivery professional who is comfortable operating in complex business environments, balancing strategic roadmap planning with day-to-day delivery execution. You will help teams continuously improve delivery practices, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and create an environment where high-quality work can be delivered consistently.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with the ability to adapt delivery methodologies to suit different teams and products.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of product roadmaps within cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to deliver user-focused digital products and experiences.
- Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap planning, and ongoing prioritisation activities.
- Apply and adapt delivery methodologies to meet the needs of individual teams, products, and business objectives.
- Drive predictable, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Monitor and report on roadmap milestones, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
- Use delivery metrics and team performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Establish and enhance delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively to minimise delivery impact.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, product, business, and stakeholder groups.
- Support teams in maintaining focus, removing impediments, and improving overall delivery effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or a similar technology-focused delivery role.
- Proven experience working within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Strong experience delivering digital products and managing complex delivery roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority.
- Experience leading sprint planning, roadmap planning, and delivery governance activities.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience implementing, improving, and scaling delivery processes and frameworks.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Strong risk management skills, including the ability to identify, assess, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
- Experience using delivery metrics and reporting to drive team performance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt delivery approaches based on team maturity, product requirements, and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in complex business environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

- Experience partnering with Data, Analytics, or Data Engineering teams.
- Experience working within regulated industries or highly governed environments.
- Exposure to digital transformation, SaaS, or large-scale technology programmes.
- Experience with Lean, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience working within travel, aviation, e-commerce, or customer-facing digital product environments.
