Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Analyst Consultant to lead change management initiatives for enterprise Data Governance programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving organizational adoption, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies to ensure successful implementation of Data Governance initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational impacts resulting from Data Governance initiatives and governance-related changes.
- Identify affected stakeholder groups and analyze change impacts across business functions.
- Assess adoption risks, resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Strategy.
- Create and manage a Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
- Develop and implement a Communication Plan to drive awareness and adoption.
- Establish an Adoption Measurement Framework to monitor change effectiveness and user adoption.

Identify role-based training requirements for:
- Executive Leadership
- Data Owners
- Data Stewards
- Governance Council Members
- Business Users

Design and develop training materials covering:
- Data Governance fundamentals
- Roles and responsibilities
- Governance policies and standards
- Data Quality processes
- Data Stewardship activities
- Governance workflows

Develop an ongoing awareness and adoption program focused on:
- Data literacy
- Data Governance adoption
- Governance culture development
- Business ownership and accountability
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to support organizational readiness.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Proven experience supporting enterprise Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management programs.
- Strong expertise in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and adoption planning.
- Experience developing Change Management, Communication, and Stakeholder Engagement strategies.
- Experience creating training programs and learning materials for diverse business audiences.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification.
- Experience implementing Data Governance frameworks and operating models.
- Familiarity with Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, and Governance processes.
- Experience working with enterprise transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Data Literacy programs and Governance culture-building initiatives.
- Experience working in large, cross-functional enterprise environments.
