Custom Software Engineer

Educational Qualification: Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience is required Job Summary: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management implementation as part of multi-pillar cloud deployment Lead Oracle Cloud data migration from Oracle legacy systems Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with broader organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Hands-on techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management leading multiple implementations across different client industries Well-versed with product data migration in Oracle Cloud from Oracle Agile PLM/EBS Well-versed with Oracle Application Development skills like creating custom Oracle Cloud pages, groovy scripting etc. Oracle Cloud certification preferred excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to lead and manage project teams flexible to adapt to project needs and requirements Additional Information: - None About Our Company | Accenture (do not remove the hyperlink)
