  • Commercial Skills: Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • HTML & CSS: Essential for creating and customizing CRM communication.
  • Testing & Analysis: Skilled in running A/B-tests and analyzing funnels.
  • CRM Automation Software: Experience with Customer.io
Nice to have
  • MySQL: Strong understanding to manage and analyze data.
  • JavaScript: Optional but beneficial for advanced customization.
  • No-Code/Low-Code Tools: Proficient in Make.com, Zapier.
CRM Development & Optimization
  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights and develop new hypotheses for continuous improvement.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize customer interactions and improve outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tasks and requests.
  • Utilize CRM functionality, no-code, and low-code tools to execute complex tasks.
  • Ensure the quality of your own work through thorough QA processes.
    Direct Communications
  • Increase dealer retention, activation, and vehicle purchases by optimizing direct communication channels, including emails, web banners, push notifications, and SMS.
  • Regularly adjust communication based on performance metrics.
    Sales Automation
  • Enhance task management systems for the sales team, improving task prioritization and completion rates in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, fields, and tasks.
    Internal Operations
  • Improve efficiency in internal operations (Administration, Purchasing, Finance, HR, Development) by refining triggers and communication systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement and monitor changes.
