Scaling.com helps business owners 10x their companies in three years or less. We work with entrepreneurs doing $1M+ in revenue who are ready to stop being the bottleneck and start building something that scales.
We're building the best business scaling content on the internet — video sales letters, webinars, ads, social media content, keynote clips, trainings, testimonials, event reels, case studies, and long-form educational assets — and we need a rare creative mind to help make it happen.
Most editors can cut video together. That's the floor, not the bar.
We're looking for a Creative Producer & Editor who can think through the strategy, the story, the hook, the teaching, the conversion goal, and the final execution — then shape the content so it actually lands.
This is a broad creative production role across the Scaling.com content ecosystem. You'll help us turn raw footage, keynotes, webinars, trainings, testimonials, social footage, interviews, and campaign ideas into high-leverage assets that support sales, marketing, social media, Scaler education, and brand authority.
You might be handed a video sales letter and asked to make it stronger. You might take a Blake Erickson webinar and turn it into a stronger front-end education and conversion asset. You might take keynote footage from Dr. Benjamin Hardy or Blake and turn it into social clips, ad hooks, speaker reels, or campaign content. You might pull the best moments from Scaler testimonials and shape them into a reel for a landing page, email campaign, webinar, or ad. You might edit onboarding videos, portal trainings, challenge content, event reels, internal education assets, or social content.
The point is not that you do one type of video. The point is that you understand what the footage is for — conversion, communication, teaching, belief-building, social growth, Scaler education, or brand credibility — and you know how to shape it accordingly.
This role exists because there is far more high-leverage content to make than we currently have bandwidth for. We are filming more, testing more, teaching more, and building more channels across Blake, Dr. Hardy, Scaling.com, social media, webinars, ads, trainings, events, and Scaler stories. We need someone who can help turn that raw material into finished assets that are useful, strategic, compelling, and beautiful.
You're the person who makes all of that happen.
At a high level, your time is focused on five things:
You may also support Scaling Stories when needed, especially with packaging, cutdowns, production value, and turning Scaler transformation content into useful assets — but this is not only a Scaling Stories role. This is the person who helps us create, edit, and multiply the most important content across the company.
Requirements
You are not just an editor. You are a creative thinker with taste, judgment, and ownership. You have direct marketing experience, and you understand that editing is not just cutting footage together. It is deciding what matters, what lands, what should be removed, what should be emphasized, and how to make the final piece feel clear, useful, persuasive, and emotionally compelling.
You have instincts for:
You can look at footage and ask:
We're looking for someone who thinks like an intrapreneur: someone with the skill of an editor, the ownership of a producer, and the perspective of a partner. Taking ownership, initiative, and risk to build something new, rather than just executing assigned tasks.
The content should feel smart, clear, premium, useful, and alive.
We are not trying to make generic business content. We are trying to build the best scaling content on the internet.
That means the work needs to be:
Scaling.com has more valuable raw material than we can currently use.
