We're building Lucida AI, one of the fastest-growing AI language learning apps, and we're looking for a creative agency or a small, startup-minded team in Sri Lanka to work with us long-term.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
🎥 Creative Production (Highest Priority)
- Create high-performing UGC-style video ads
- Recreate and localize successful creatives
- Produce AI-assisted video content at scale
- Generate new creative concepts and iterate quickly
📈 Performance Marketing (Second Phase)
Once we establish a great creative workflow, we'd like to expand the partnership into paid acquisition and performance marketing.
We're looking for a team that:
- Works fast and communicates well
- Understands mobile app marketing
- Has experience with Meta/TikTok creatives
- Is comfortable using AI tools for content creation
- Thinks like a startup and enjoys rapid experimentation
