We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Brand Specialist to help strengthen the market presence of our pool systems, water treatment, and water filtration brands. In this role, you will create compelling content and brand experiences that communicate the value of our products and solutions to distributors, dealers, contractors, engineers, commercial facilities, and end-users. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to transform complex product information into engaging and customer-focused content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth across Australian and international markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage content strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including website copy, blogs, case studies, brochures, product sheets, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to translate complex information into customer-friendly content.
  • Manage content calendars and campaign deliverables.
  • Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and keyword-focused content creation.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing company branding and visual identity standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience
Must-Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of content marketing, copywriting, or brand management experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience creating B2B marketing content.
  • Familiarity with SEO content best practices.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience writing for technical, industrial, engineering, or water treatment industries.
  • Experience supporting Australian or international markets.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
