Clinical Site Manager

Join a global clinical research team and play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical trials while building strong partnerships with investigative sites and healthcare professionals.

As a Clinical Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving site performance, engagement, and study execution across clinical trials. Acting as the primary liaison between study sites and the clinical team, you will oversee site management activities, support patient recruitment and retention strategies, and ensure studies are delivered in line with timelines, quality standards, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead site engagement initiatives to optimise site performance and study delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, including qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for study sites throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Support site identification, selection, and activation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Project Managers, study teams, CROs, and vendors.
  • Ensure high-quality data collection, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
  • Support investigator training and study-related meetings.
  • Contribute to study management activities, including vendor oversight, documentation, and trial tracking.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience within a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or CRO environment.
  • Strong clinical trial monitoring experience and knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
  • Previous experience in a site-facing role such as CRA, Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Project Manager, or Site Engagement professional.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Able to travel regularly.
