About the Role
As part of our strategic growth plans in Europe, Emerald Clinical Trials is building a network of experienced Clinical Leads / Clinical Trial Managers for upcoming opportunities.

This home-based position offers the opportunity to oversee global and regional clinical studies, with a strong preference for candidates who bring experience within renal, oncology, cardiometabolic & autoimmune diseases.
Your Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day clinical trial operations from start-up through close-out.
Manage study timelines, enrolment targets, and operational deliverables.
Provide oversight of CRA activities and monitoring quality.
Support site feasibility, selection, activation, and performance management.
Partner with sponsors, investigators, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure protocol compliance and data quality.
Identify operational risks and implement solutions.
Deliver study updates and status reports to key stakeholders.
Mentor CRAs and study team members.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead or equivalent.
Strong background in monitoring and site management.
Working knowledge of European regulatory requirements and ICH-GCP.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across international studies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred.
Certification such as ACRP or SOCRA is advantageous.
