Job Description Summary
The Clinical Applications Analyst II serves as a clinical technology and business analyst responsible for supporting, optimizing, and validating population health, quality reporting, and healthcare analytics solutions across Mosaic Health.

This role partners with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders to analyze business requirements, support application performance, maintain data integrity, and ensure effective use of Population Health Platform and related clinical technology applications that support value-based care, care management, and population health outcomes.
Reporting to the Manager, Population Health Technology, this role works independently on complex application support, workflow analysis, testing, documentation, reporting validation, and implementation activities. The Clinical Applications Analyst II uses strong healthcare workflow knowledge, application support experience, technical fluency, and analytical thinking to resolve business and technical challenges while improving system performance, quality measure support, user adoption, and operational readiness.
The Clinical Applications Analyst II is expected to bring strong application support, workflow analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder partnership skills. The role requires sufficient technical fluency to troubleshoot application issues, understand integration impacts, validate data, and collaborate effectively with technical teams and vendors; it does not require deep software development ownership.

$70,379.00to
$105,569.00
The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
