Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with travel planning needs, preferences, and scheduling requests
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Research and compare available travel options using approved booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Provide timely updates regarding reservation status, confirmations, and itinerary progress
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging channels
  • Assist with itinerary changes, booking adjustments, and follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate, organized client records within internal systems
  • Monitor supplier updates, destination insights, and promotional offers
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development programs
