  • Connect with clients to understand their plans, preferences, and needs
  • Organize client information and keep records up to date
  • Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
  • Assist with coordinating reservations and itinerary details
  • Follow up with clients regarding changes, confirmations, or missing information
  • Keep track of deadlines and important planning details
  • Use online platforms and digital tools to manage client requests
  • Provide friendly, timely support throughout the planning process
  • Help ensure clients have clear and organized information before their trip

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking with and assisting clients
  • Good attention to detail and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple requests while staying organized
  • Comfortable learning new software and online systems
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people

What We Provide

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Training and step-by-step guidance
  • Ongoing support and resources
  • Digital tools and established systems
  • Opportunity to build skills in client service, organization, and planning

Previous experience in travel is not required. Training is provided, so we welcome applicants from customer service, administrative, hospitality, scheduling, and other people-focused backgrounds.

If you enjoy working with people and are the kind of person who likes keeping the details organized from beginning to end, this could be a great fit.
