At Emphasys PHA, a division of Emphasys, we develop and support industry-leading software designed specifically for Public Housing Authorities across the United States. As a trusted provider in the affordable housing sector, our solutions help PHAs efficiently manage operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver critical housing services to families and individuals in need. From applicant intake to rent calculations and unit inspections, our platform supports the full lifecycle of public housing programs—empowering agencies to focus on their mission of providing safe, stable, and affordable housing.
Who we need
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, we are hiring a Client Growth Executive to expand our footprint within the public housing sector, grow strategic client relationships, and help housing agencies maximize the value of their investment in our solutions. As our new Client Growth Executive, you will develop trusted relationships with housing agencies, identify opportunities for growth, guide prospects through the sales process, and help clients navigate evolving regulatory requirements and operational challenges. Balancing new business development, account expansion and consultative client engagement, you will proactively identify opportunities, deliver compelling product demonstrations, support RFP and proposal responses, and act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their journey.
This is a full-time, fully remote position within the US with approximately 20% travel to attend client meetings and industry conferences and trade shows.
