Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, cruise vacations, guided tours, and leisure travel experiences
• Present personalized travel recommendations based on client needs and budget considerations
• Assist with arranging travel services through approved supplier and booking platforms
• Guide clients through the planning process and answer travel-related questions
• Monitor reservation details and itinerary information to support a smooth travel experience
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within online systems
• Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier programs, and seasonal promotions
• Participate in virtual training sessions and professional development activities
