Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and travel interests
• Assist with exploring destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages

• Support the coordination of reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements
• Communicate confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and trip-related updates
• Assist with vacation modifications, special requests, and service-related inquiries
• Monitor upcoming travel plans and help ensure all arrangements are completed accurately
• Maintain organized client profiles, records, and planning documentation
• Utilize company-approved resources and supplier information to support vacation planning
