Position Overview
We are looking for dependable, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Client Assistance Specialist. This position focuses on helping customers organize vacation plans, understand available choices, and receive reliable support as their arrangements come together.
You'll assist with research, reservation coordination, client communication, and follow-up while learning how to use approved industry resources. No previous travel experience is necessary. Training and continued education are provided for individuals who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do

Communicate with clients to understand their vacation plans, dates, preferences, and spending range

Search available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and other getaway services

Provide appropriate options based on individual client requests and priorities

Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional vacation arrangements

Use approved reservation systems and supplier resources to manage booking information

Send confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and relevant pre-departure information

Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up when additional information is required
