The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, explaining courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide students about available courses and career opportunities
• Provide counseling and assist students in selecting suitable programs
• Maintain student data and follow-up records in CRM
• Achieve admission targets and maintain conversion ratios
• Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment process
• Provide excellent student support and relationship management
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)
• Ability to handle student queries and objections
• Strong persuasion and counseling skills
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or education counseling preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
