The role


We’re hiring a Campaign Operations Manager to oversee how brand campaigns run end-to-end — from kick-off through delivery at platform scale.

Our AI handles the heavy lifting: matching, sourcing, scoring, routing. Your job is to make sure the system delivers the outcome promised to the brand. You’ll oversee the platform, validate the work, align briefs with brand expectations, and partner with product, engineering, creator operations, and business teams to make every campaign tighter, faster, and sharper than the last.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for an experienced operator who knows what a great brand campaign looks like and wants to help shape how an AI-powered platform delivers them at scale.


What you’ll do

  • Oversee brand campaigns end-to-end at scale. Kick-off → delivery → wrap. Make sure every campaign on the platform hits its goals, on time and on quality, without operational overhead growing with volume.
  • Own brief alignment with brands. Translate signed brand deals into structured inputs the platform can act on. Make sure what the brand expected is what the brand gets.
  • Partner with AI + product teams. Spot where the platform is working well, where it needs refinement, and feed the signal back to product and engineering. You’re the operator voice in the room.
  • Work cross-functionally with creator operations, business leads, and engineers. You’ll move between strategic conversations with leadership, operational reviews with the creator ops team, and product/engineering discussions on platform improvements — often in the same week.
  • Surface patterns across the portfolio. What’s scaling. What’s slowing down. Where brand types are over- or under-served. Bring those insights to the leadership table.
  • Build operational standards and playbooks that allow the platform to continue scaling without losing the quality brands and creators rely on.


What we’re looking for


The experience we need:

  • 4-6+ years in campaign management, creator/influencer marketing, account management, brand management, or media operations — at a brand, agency, or platform.
  • Deep understanding of brand personality. You read a brief and immediately understand the brand’s voice, audience, do’s and don’ts.
  • Strong intuition for brand–creator fit. You know what makes a creator the right voice for a brand and what makes it a forced match. You think about this at portfolio scale, not individual campaign level.
  • Solid grounding in campaign + marketing strategy — paid media, organic content, influencer/creator marketing, performance funnels. You understand how the pieces fit together.
  • Genuine fluency in the creator economy — how creators monetize, what platforms work for what audiences, and how trends move across MENA and globally.

The way we need you to work:

  • Tech-forward operator. You’re comfortable working in a platform-first environment. You think in systems, not tasks. You expect tools to do the heavy lifting and focus on what the tools can’t.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator. Comfortable shifting between operators, business leads, and engineers in the same week.
  • Pattern thinker. You look at the portfolio, not just the task in front of you.
  • Comfortable with data. Strong in Notion, Sheets, dashboards. Bonus for BI tools (Looker, Metabase) or light SQL.
  • Strong written communication. You’ll author briefs, frameworks, and SOPs the rest of the team uses.
  • Native or fluent English. Arabic strongly preferred.

Bonus points

  • Prior experience at an influencer marketing platform, creator marketplace, or AI-powered marketing/creative platform (e.g. CreatorIQ, GRIN, AspireIQ, Modash, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Snapchat Creator Marketplace, social commerce platforms, etc.).
  • Deep familiarity with the MENA creator ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Experience working alongside product and engineering teams on platform improvements.
