About the Role:
We are hiring a Campaign Assistant Manager to support and execute lifecycle and retention campaigns for the Thailand market. This role focuses on improving customer engagement across lifecycle stages through campaign optimisation, performance analysis, and market intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance retention rates, engagement effectiveness, and campaign execution quality.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize customer journeys from onboarding to long-term engagement, with clear performance improvements.

  • Improve monthly customer retention through personalised and targeted engagement strategies.

  • Increase engagement performance (e.g click-through rates) across email and pop-up channels.

  • Track market, competitor, and customer trends and turn insights into practical improvements.

  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign results to continuously improve lifecycle performance.

  • Fluent/ Native in Thai and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and lifecycle data

  • Experience in online platforms, or fast-paced digital industries

  • Familiarity with lifecycle, CRM, or campaign management tools

  • Experience supporting retention or engagement-focused campaigns

  • Basic understanding of customer lifecycle models and segmentation
